MintChip™ Identity Work

This was a fun project. It’s too bad that MintChip™ is no longer a thing.

There was a secret new digital currency being developed by the Royal Canadian Mint, and it needed a name and a look.

I developed what went on to become the final design for the MintChip™ brand, though I didn’t bring the logo through to the final execution (See the “final logo” above). My concept essentially stayed intact, and I’m still quite proud of it.

MintChip™ was one of the names in the running, and while I developed concepts for those other names I am only sharing the Mintchip™ designs here. I have also omitted some of the variations and information provided in the original Deck provided to the client. The designs themselves are unaltered.
